This is why I created The Confidence Catalyst, to make sure you feel confident in your body and going to the gym, while ditching the fad diets, seeing results & living your life.

  • About Me

    I am an online fitness coach from Massachusetts. I am passionate about helping women find exercise that they enjoy, while creating a balanced lifestyle. I have dedicated the last 6 years of my life obtaining a dual degree in nutrition and kinesiology (movement science) in order to help a diverse range of individuals in assisting with their fitness goals, whether that involves gaining strength, weight loss, or body recomposition. My methods are backed by research and the latest scientific literature to ensure results.

    When I am not training, I enjoy going out for sushi and developing content for my social media pages. I also LOVE and thrive in warm weather, specifically with country and reggae music. Strength training has given me the opportunity to experience life on a new physical and mental level that I want others to experience.

  • Makena has truly changed my mindset on the gym. When I started with her, I was completely lost in the area of fitness. Going to the gym was something that gave me major anxiety. I started on zoom to get down a good form and really just learn some basics. She never once made me feel bad for not knowing how to do something as simple as a squat. After multiple zoom sessions, I was ready to go to the gym and take one some machines. The app she uses not only shows you videos on how to use the machines but also holds you accountable. I can confidently say that after training with Makena I no longer see the gym as an anxious space, it is now a space where I can go to help with my anxiety.
